I love this Nando's, is the best one! Food no doubts was and still is great! And I've been in many of them! But this is the best one. It was a pleasure to work in there with the people I worked with, couple of years ago and Kasia is the best general manager ever!! And I had plenty of managers before! She has got not just great skills, but also very big heart! Emanuele and Grant and also Gosia, Tonia, Brigida, Hector, Tiago, etc... the biggest thank to Hassan and Dominique, they recruited me and gave me chance to learn English. I can not mention all of them, but never forget them! It was a hard work, always busy, but we always supported each other, hugged, laughing, it was a family. I can just recommend this Nando's to everyone, I can not say absolutely nothing wrong! The best one! I would put more stars, but there are only five.�
Very friendly staff, food was being served very fast. Also dates were provided for muslims who were opening their fast.👍🏼
Nandos is one of my favourite restaurants, its good, affordable, simple yet full of flavour and reasonably healthy depending on your choices. I have always been a fan and usually opt for chicken pieces and sides or the chicken in pitta.
Nando's in Tooting is like any other Nando's but remarkably it had very good customer service. Upon entering I was asked what size table I required but had to wait a little while as it gets extremely busy during evenings.
As I had gone there with family we required one of their large tables which can take a little. Eventually when seated we ordered a few chickens, some chips, rice as well a Greek feta salad. The order was on our table within 10 minutes which I was delighted about and the waiters were extremely friendly. The food was very nice indeed and I had no complaints, as I knew what I was getting for money worth. There was a nice décor to the place and lovely music in the background.
I believe I can trust Nando's for a good service, and they offer a good range of vegan/vegetarian dishes. Moreover they provide kids with a colouring book and crayons which keeps them occupied.
It was very pleasant experience when eating out with the whole family.

Nandos - really miss going to this place, the burgers are also great. it's a total self-service concept which is good, the service is quick but staff are too lazy and not very helpful. visited the place on a sunday afternoon so obviously the place was packed with families and very noisy. however we still got a table pretty fast and ordered for two halloumi cheese & mushroom burgers with peri peri chips and bottomless soft drinks. the total bill was approximatley 20 pounds. The food did take a long time to come compared to the usually turn around at nandos. the usually spread of different sauces was not available so we settled for the very spicy peri peri sauce, i usually like to herb & garlic sauce but that wasn't available. the place has a lively vibe and definitely should open in Mumbai again. the burgers were huge in size with a great spicy flavour and taste, not too oily. the chips had a great tangy & spicy taste with the peri peri spice. overall a great meal and would love to go back. the food at nandos can never be disappointing, only the service needs to improve and the attitude of the staff.
I believe one of the best situations in which anyone can asses the quality of a restaurant's service, is when attending the restaurant in a big group. We went there as a group of 10. We had a reservation but still had to wait for about 10 minutes. This was of course a bit annoying but as the night went along and we sat down, the staff did make every effort for us to feel comfortable.
The staff were great and the food was what you would expect from every Nando's. The only disappointment was the fact that it took as about 20 minutes to decide that we want to go for dessert and then we were notified that they are out of all of their desserts!
Long story short, it is a good Nando's.
Marianne took our order very professionally, checking if we had any allergies.The order was spot on, service was quick, food tasty! Despite a very busy evening and some really demanding customers , Marianne kept smiling and making sure everyone got their orders quickly ! Good work 👍
Just went there today and i got served by akbor. He seated us very fast and made sure we had no allergies before serving.He was very nice and served my food very fast.He made sure the food was right and checked up if everything was okay and had perfect customer service which i really appreciate. Well done for that!
I have only once been to Nandos with my grandchildren and I was navigating this experience on my own. I couldn't cope with the concept of ordering with a QR code but the kind young waitor explained I could order at the till. I felt very welcome and I loved my meal.
Great customer service, ordered online for a collection and was served by Akbor who was really polite and friendly and kept me up to date with the progress of my order. I was handed my food a few minutes before the estimated time. A great and quick experience from Nando’s Tooting
Hello lovely’s 🌹, ive been here many times, I love Nandos. I have the Hot chicken wrap with spicy rice and coleslaw. quality food. medium and hot chilli sauces is 10/10. Its halal which is highly important for me. clean environment, staff members are polite and customer service is 10/10. A+++++++++ great vibes❤️💯
Went with my family for a meal for a break from Christmas Day leftovers! There was a bit of a wait as it was busy, but the staff were really helpful. I opted for the Sunset burger with the Maple & Orange glaze, which was so good! The portion size of the sides is definitely better than previous visits. Mia and Mishal looked after us and they were professional, courteous and friendly, which we really appreciated.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The lady that took our order gave us a free Rooibus drink which went down very well. I had the great imitator wrap. Which really good. Definitely the vegan version of chicken I have tasted so far. I would definitely have it again.
Last minute plans to go NANDOS. Never disappoints. THEY DONT MISS! Just check the images, it's pretty self explanatory. A Grade chicken. We tried the liver too. 10/10!! Tasty, quick, easy, left with a fully belly

I went to this particular Nando's outlet when they just opened for lunch, hence there was plenty of space and the toilets were clean, service was fast.
The food, well, what can I say, I am a Nando's fan and always love their spicy rice a coleslaw which are as unique as theor sauces.
The manager was helpful initially but, then failed to deliver when I informed him repeatedly that the tissue dispenser in the ladies' toilet is jammed and if he can sort this out, he made no attempt to look at this.
Eventually we ended up using table napkins and if the toilets get blocked thr onus is on him!
Besides it's not good customer service or good health and hygiene standards.
This will need some improvement.
Came along and despite them being very busy the manager (i assume on the till) along with his entire staff were exceptional in handling all the hungry diners with a smile and not one staff appeared unhappy to be at work. Excellent leadership in action.
People go the extra mile for good leaders. You are an asset to the company Hussain along with the rest of the team.
