have meant to try this place for a while and finally made it in today - what a gem I have been missing in my life! the gozelme look so unassuming but are so good - really flavourful, and cool that you can see exactly where they are made and who they are made by. Also got some baklava which is just as good. Such a variety of things to buy at good price, so unpretentious, and really nice and friendly people running the place!

Probably been here unchanged for 35 years. It’s like something you’d find near the station in Ankara. 80’s furniture, big photos on the wall and buckets and mops in evidence, if not customers. But the food is made on the premises and delicious. It should steal all the customers from the nearby chain coffee shops but it’s faded unknowing look doubtless puts people off. Like the bakery that was nearby from 1911 until Wenzel’s put it out of business a couple of years ago, you want it to succeed but know it won’t. Good luck!
