Warm and friendly Turkish bakery serving a range of British, continental and Mediterranean confection. Terrific gozleme are made fresh at the front of the shop, and there's a half dozen tables at the back to enjoy your coconut slice, baklava or bitesize pizzas. Very reasonable prices!

have meant to try this place for a while and finally made it in today - what a gem I have been missing in my life! the gozelme look so unassuming but are so good - really flavourful, and cool that you can see exactly where they are made and who they are made by. Also got some baklava which is just as good. Such a variety of things to buy at good price, so unpretentious, and really nice and friendly people running the place!

True gem in Archway. Freshly made cheese, lamb, spinach pies (boureki/burek) style. Gözleme, Turkish street food classic is outstanding as is lahmacun. Lots of different cakes and baklavas. Good seating area. Recommended

Small prices for great food. The owner Imam is such a welcoming, generous and lovely host with a warm smile. Absolutely advised.

Have visited this place a number of times over the last 6 years. Nice family run business with exceptional pastries. I come for the gozleme and it's always fresh and delicious.

Probably been here unchanged for 35 years. It’s like something you’d find near the station in Ankara. 80’s furniture, big photos on the wall and buckets and mops in evidence, if not customers. But the food is made on the premises and delicious. It should steal all the customers from the nearby chain coffee shops but it’s faded unknowing look doubtless puts people off. Like the bakery that was nearby from 1911 until Wenzel’s put it out of business a couple of years ago, you want it to succeed but know it won’t. Good luck!

Probably my favourite london hidden gem. Incredible food, wonderful people! They know their regulars, have amazing customer service, and have incredibly affordable prices on top of all that. Cannot reccomend it enough!!!!

I absolutely love this joint! 5 star Börek, Gözleme and Lahmacun. Fantastic value for money. Fresh Baklava to top-off up a lovingly made menu. Staff are welcoming, attentive and make sure you are well catered for.
