I had a wonderful experience here. I was warmly welcomed, and all the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy, with a pleasant atmosphere that made me feel as comfortable as being at home. It truly felt like enjoying a healthy fast meal with VIP treatment.
Truly love this Pret, they are all lovely and friendly. Always quick and on the spot, specially David and a short lady with curly hair. Asked about allergies on some food and they where great supporting and guiding me.
Bad experience this morning. Short dark haired lady behind the till was very rude. When I asked to pay with cash she was aggressive and even swore. How can you be so rude just because you don’t accept cash. Think management need a chat with her. Complaint as been logged.

Was having an asthma attack and the lovely gentleman behind the counter saw if I was ok, checked on me and asked if I needed anything. He bought me over water and asked what drink I wanted, I tried to pay but he said it was ok!
