Very nice cafe where to relax and enjoy nice products. Beautiful garden in the back yard and nice customer service.

LAST UPDATES: the coffee shop is closed for good, and thus is really bad. Costa was the best provider in the area, and it will be probably replaced by a kebab or shisha bar... and we don't really need it in here. Sorry for the staff who worked at the cafe with dedication and professionalism.

Amicable staff and excellent coffees.
They remembered my drink after a few weeks, and now, whenever I walk in, my coffee is ready to pay and served. It gets busy at times, and Hr should consider adding extra staff as the two working per shift struggle sometimes to do everything. Lovely garden too but again, staff it’s what makes it special

A pleasant Costa, the seating area in the back is spacious and they have an extra area to sit outside for warm days. The staff are friendly, and make a great hot chocolate!

Friendly clean shop in Queens Park. Excellent coffee and cute garden. The staff is lovely. They pay attention to how you want your drink to be and make sure that you like it once it's ready. They are always smiling and having a friendly chat with customers (unlike other big companies where the staff seem like robots). My new favourite shop in the area!

I can’t recommend this Queen’s Park branch enough. Two amazing girls serving me tonight got treated horribly by an abusive customer. Inspite of this, they were still fantastic in their service. They are regularly professional and super friendly every time I go there. I always return for the friendly faces even behind the masks.

Nice costa with a lovely outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy your drinks. It is recommended to download the Costa club app to collect points and spend them (free drinks). Unfortunately the store is quite small and tables are quite close to each other. Only one toilet too.

I love this Costa! The baristas are very sweet and the outside backyard area is so cute and calming. I come here very often to enjoy a coffee an sometimes a little treat sitting in my favourite seat at the back. Could spend hours and hours there. Very lovely

For a chain restaurant, this definitely has a more neighborhood coffee shop feel and service. The staff are friendly... there are books for children... and a lovely outdoor patio in the back.

I had an amazing experience this morning, ordered from a lovely young women called Jade- great coffee and customer service from here. Great girl, checked if I was okay as wasn't feel good but due to her I feel so much better!

I have become a regular now, mainly because the staff are so amazing! Shout out to Leo in particular but honestly all the staff that I have come across so far have been warm and friendly!
