Big Seff Turkish Meze Bar Restaurant

Visited today. Loved it. The friendly staff and the atmosphere. In all honesty, Turkish grilled food isn't exactly as sophisticated as Indian curry or Chinese wok or Asian food, hence to get it right isn't exactly rocket science. I would say the grilled food was on par with literally other big name Turkish restaurants in Harringay like Gokyuzu, Devran, Hala, Selale, Antepliler or even Diyarbakir, I'd say they're all par. The bread here is very good, they add powdered spice onto it to give it a kick. When asking for tap water, I feel as though the waiter should leave the jug on the table. Also, the chilli sauce is good. Would I come here again ? Definately.

Great Turkish Meze restaurant in Enfield. The new management has really transformed this place, the food is good (we went for dinner but breakfast and lunch are also available), the service is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming with decent jazz music playing in the background. I'll definitely go back.

We have visited this restaurant twice in the last few weeks, once as a couple and on the merit of that, we had a birthday party for 16 people. Both times the standard of service was excellent. Special compliments to Phillip, who went over and above to ensure the party went smoothly. For the meal as a couple we weren't pestered and were able to enjoy a meal together, with service when service was required. The value is good, portion sizes match the prices, prices are ever so slightly lower than you might expect - which is a good thing! We were even treated to live music (a violinist this time round). For the party, they gave us the back half of the ground floor and laid out the tables in a comfortable pattern,giving extra space for things like buggies, a present/cake table and enough space for the smaller members of the family to not feel cramped. In the lead up, we dropped off decorations/balloons which were set out for us. The total bill for 16 people was very reasonable and there was 3 boxes of takeaway left over! The only criticism I might have, and it's very slight, is that there needs to be a few more service staff, but I gather they were a man down due to illness. However, the food was cooked quickly, just Phillip ended stretched thin. On the whole, a very nice experience and we will be back again. If you are considering eating here, you wont be disappointed.

Best restaurant by far in the area. Delicious food (lamb chops, prawns and many more mouth watering dishes). We had a family party for 30 people and each one of us was very surprised with the quality, freshness and service of the food. Thank you Mr Reza and rest of the team for making our family gathering so special. We will come back very soon!
