Extremely over priced, miserable staff who don't smile and don't say please or thank you. Try and take cups plates from the table even if you have not finished, stare at you and talk in their own language to each other, not friendly at all but serve the best latte's ive tasted, even go as far as to say that their latte's are better than Costa.
