Had a lovely meal here. Good customer service and staff were attentive. Food was nice, the lamb biriyani was presented nicely with a naan top. Lamb was a bit on the chewy side. Good selection of poppadoms in a basket and butter chicken main was delicious. Spacious dining layout.
We stumbled across this restaurant in March whilst on a trip to London and loved it so much we purposely chose to stay in Wimbledon, during our latest London trip so we could go to Bombay Delight again! The food is exceptional, full of flavour and the staff very warm and friendly. We went for happy hour drinks before our 7pm table and the cocktails were excellent! Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough - the 5* rating actually doesn’t do it justice. We are here for 3 nights so may go every night!!
How many times do you leave MORE than the service charge because everything was so great? We don’t know how B.Delight manages to keep its standards consistently so high, but it has been doing since we discovered it in early 2022. The food was delicious as ever, generous portions, fantastic waiting staff, amazing manager. The starters are the stars we feel. Great place for get together. Bombay Delight continues to deliver consistently a 5 star standard right here in Wimbledon! No need to head into central! Let’s keep this gem!

Honestly the most tastiest and delicious curry I have eaten in a VERY long time. The meats are so tender and sauces taste fresh and no oil. Would highly recommend and can not wait to go back!!
Wow, what a great lunch. Having walked past this restaurant many times recently, and then having recently seen the many complimentary reviews, thought it was high time to give it a go. The restaurant is very stylish and comfortable and the staff are very welcoming. Started with a decent amount of popadoms and unique sauces and the Murgh chicken tikka masala main with chilli cheese naan was really good - the rice was fluffy and fragrant and tasted great too.
They even have their own beer which was very good and complimented the food really well.
I visited at an unusual time, Thursday 13.45 I arrived, as I had the day off work, but can imagine its a great atmosphere when more customers are in. I will certainly be back at some stage and will hope to try one of the lamb dishes.
Absolutely beautiful food, really friendly staff and they made a big fuss for my birthday which melted my heart.
We got a selection of sides and a main each, and every dish was absolutely packed with flavour. I went for an extra spicy option and was pleased to have my head blown off by a ridiculously flavourful dish that got the nose flowing, but always put flavour first. Would not hesitate to come back
I decided to visit Bombay Delights for lunch one day, as I had often seen it passing by, and I sure am glad I did.
It offers a complete culinary delight! From the flavourful food to the attentive service and cosy ambiance, it's a must-visit. The Paneer Methi and Chicken Palak were sensational, and the extensive menu ensures there's something for everyone.
Do save room for desserts – the Gulab Jamun and Ice cream Brownie were heavenly. Even the snacks were a treat. The Puris were as light and fluffy as could be.
Bombay Delights truly knows how to satisfy your taste buds from start to finish! I'll definitely be visiting again.

It was our first time dining at Bombay Delight and it being an anniversary dinner, our day was made super special with a surprise cake towards the end. The food was absolutely delicious, ambiance so cozy and warm and service world class. Surely coming back!
