My favourite neighbourhood bakery. You must try apple, walnut and cinnamon babka! Dip it in flat white coffee for an extra morning treat :)

Lovely coffee, amazing babkas! Unfortunately the young guy with a baseball cap still works there on Saturdays sans baseball cap, not that I have anything against baseball caps he's just too ghetto for this friendly local little quiet boutique village coffee shop. He just gives off bad intimidating vibes. It’s a shame the Australian guy no longer works there that did when it was Full Of Beans. Wish he was kept on! 🙁 I wish you were on Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo! ☹️ I'm surprised you don't open at 06:00 every morning to catch the passing commuter trade :s Mr. Moustache was a misery guts ☹️ on a Sunday but since he shaved it off he seems much happier! 😋 Nothing against moustaches either, lol. The coffee is really good and tasty and the price is reasonable but the cakes are double the price you’d want to pay but I appreciate a lot of work goes into them all. The selection of cakes is great! Baked fresh everyday they are open, the lovely warm smell of freshly baked cakes is so enticing every morning that they open! It’s just a shame that you’re not open everyday! But I appreciate you have another cafe to run as well. The staff are all lovely: especially the owner who is the head baker and her Sister who is always pleasant and has a good sense of humour! 😀

My sister lives in Aubert Park - this place is a regular stop off for coffee and buns - both savoury and sweat. Very friendly staff and brilliant coffee and food.

Love this place! They are very creative and are constantly switching up their recipes and selection. Their chocolate and cardamom buns are my favorite. Extremely nice staff. Thankful I live nearby.

The BEST cake & pastry shop in North London. You can smell the deliciousness of the store halfway down the street. Everything is homemade and made on site. The chocolate babka’s will change your life!

Lovely, fresh, baked goodies that you can smell as soon as you get on to Highbury Barn. Ness is just a joy behind the counter. Always friendly and ready to heat up my dogs sausage roll each time we come in:)

The chocolate Babka is a culinary joy well worth beholding, but the burnt cheesecake earns this bakery a 5 star review by itself. It is really delicious. They bake every day, and if you want to enjoy fresh bread, best to arrive early. There are plenty of savory delights too, and hot drinks to order or consume in the small restaurant area. A delightful spot well worth a regular visit.

The babka and rugelach will make your taste buds dream of the next time you get to eat them. Extremely friendly service is followed by intensely tasty (and affordable) pastries.

Came across this bakery on a walk & glad I did. They have the best cardamon babkas I've ever tasted. So many other savory and sweet pastries, mostly Eastern European style. They've only been open a month and already queues are forming outside for their delicious pastries. Definite contender for best bakery in London.
