My coffee was made well by a young man. It seem like they had a new girl on the tills, it took her a while to fathom what I was ordering poor thing. But my latte experience was better here than at other Costa shops.
Outstanding service today by Nadia . A fabulous member of the Costa team. Have been back a few times and Nadia always gives great service and smiles! She would be an asset to any business - great attitude.
Nice cappuccino and very welcoming staff, I normally come at this place every 5 year doing my exam at Pearson VUE Test centre.

Always friendly with costumers and bring the coffe at the table when we need. I am very grateful because my mind was elsewhere that day and the guy who work there was very kind taking the coffe to me.
I love getting my Hot chocolate from there or my Green tea, Giulia is very friendly and smiles a lot! I always feel welcomed. I really like her :)
lovely staff member called shauna called me up to let me know they were out of a few things i ordered, went through alternatives with me and even put an extra brownie in for me :) very lovely service
