My coffee was made well by a young man. It seem like they had a new girl on the tills, it took her a while to fathom what I was ordering poor thing. But my latte experience was better here than at other Costa shops.

lovely staff member called shauna called me up to let me know they were out of a few things i ordered, went through alternatives with me and even put an extra brownie in for me :) very lovely service
