Nice stafff and location although even though I have dogs and adore dogs, dogs should NOT be allowed to sit on the seats it’s so rude

I didn’t drink or eat here but me and my girlfriend were visiting london for our anniversary and got stuck carrying a few heavy bags whilst our bus was delayed, we arrived in Finchley and hung around a few cafes and asked if they could possibly store our bags around the counter, it’s a big ask and everyone said no. We were about to give up but we thought we’d try our luck here and the lovely baristas were so accommodating and let us keep our bags there until they closed. They were very kind and helpful, it allowed us to spend our last few hours in london bag free

This is a lovely little coffee shop with an outside seating area. If you go there regularly the staff get up know you and will prepare your coffee / tea etc without you asking first. Generally a good atmosphere and some of the staff are really friendly. Great place to just sit and chat.

Like every cafe Nero-good and quality coffee made with passion from the friendly staff. Nice limited seating outside if it's sunny, so you can enjoy your coffee to the max.

I come here every week with my colleague to chat and catch up about our company over a coffee. The staff here are always so lovely and kind and chatty. Warm environment and comfy seating and normally pretty quiet too.

Vittorio is the best manager they've ever had. Unfortunately he is on holiday at the moment & they have some new staff whose coffee making skills leave a lot to be desired. The cappuccinos are always a bit flat, otherwise sausage rolls & pastries are o.k.

Good coffee. Staff are friendly and efficient in making orders. Visited at a quiet time so appreciate that this may not be the case usually. Tables however could be cleaned a bit more often as even though I was there at a relatively quiet time a few of the tables were yet to be cleaned. Overall a good sized and well laid out branch of Nero's.
