Mcdonald's

Just swung by quickly before I hopped on my train and ordered a large chicken legend meal w/ fanta. I grabbed my ice cream and my meal and went to board and then I was tapped on the shoulder by the gentleman who served me who had chased me down with the Fanta I'd forgotten! Perfect example of where an employee went above and beyond to help a customer! I can't remember the gentleman's name unfortunately but I hope he goes places!

As McDonald's goes it a fine place, classic order and receive service that a lot of restaurants have given up to cater for more customer traffic. There is no electronic ordering system installed in the store. As far as the food, the burgers seem to be slightly rushed and not ensured to be properly stacked on arrival to the customer. The service is quick or slow entirely dependent on your order, if the items you requested are in the window service is rather quick, if however it is not, due to the lack of an electrical order system, the time it takes to take the order, communicate it to the chefs and for it to arrive means a very slow order to serving time.

Located inside Paddington Station on Platform 1. This store is very small, the ordering station is directly opposite the entrance. On either side, there are seating areas, mde up of approximately 8 (can't remember exact amount ) small tables. The tables looked clean and there was also someone tidying up after customers had left. I received my order fairly quickly and the person serving was pleasant. I ordered a sausage & egg bagel meal which comes with a hash brown and hot drink, my daughter had a toasted bagel with cream cheese (a seperate tub of Philadelphia). The bagels had a nice crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The fillings were delicious. Hash brown was a little on the oily side for me.
