This used to be the best 24 hour McDonald’s in the borough. Now it’s one of the worst. It’s not 24hr as they ofen close between 2-5am, and they don’t respond to requests (ask for extra sauce, it will come with less or sometimes none at all). You’re better off going to Woolwich Dockyard or Charlton instead.
I am not sure what his name is, but there’s a young male that works regularly on the drive thru. I wanted to say he provides the best customer service of any McDonald’s employee I’ve encountered anywhere. He’s served me many times, always with a smile and wishes me a good day

The food from this store took an hour to arrive and was cold. Also, the wrap had onion covers, which wasn’t expected. Please improve delivery times, keep the food warm, and ensure orders are prepared correctly to avoid disappointing the customer experience.
