Nice choice of meals here from pancakes and other brunch meals to lunch boxes and juices. Slightly pricey but everything is fresh and tasty and very healthy. Would be nice if you could mix and match lunch boxes as they are set menus. Staff are very friendly
I stumbled across this quaint place after walking past Box Park. Upon entrance I was delighted to see vegan food on the menu and healthy portion sizes and most importantly fresh food! - as a vegan it is quite hard to find places (in Croydon)serving fresh vegan options (and yummy vegan brownies). The staff are very welcoming and I find the previous reviews which complain about staff and speed of service quite unusual. The food is made fresh here so of course you will wait a short while which I don't think is an issue. The manager Monica always recognises me when I go in which is good customer service. I have tried most of the menu there and suffice to say it will be a regular treat of mine to attend this great place. One last thing.... previous critics on here are said they provide plastic cutlery.... it is not plastic but starch! so it is environmentally friendly folks!
The coffee is to die for. best i have had for a very long time. try the flat white. Menu is light, healthy and imaginative. my thing is the banana bread breakfast. it is a surprise and a delight.staff and boss are nice people. try it and you, like me, will no doubt come back for more. i don't write many reviews but i think this place is worth to shout about.
I went to Boxpark to watch the football and come across The Skinny Kitchen (outside unit so easily missed). I had Jackfruit with two sides, was amazing. I later went back for the peanut butter pancakes....simply wow! So good. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, this place is great. Loved it! Staff is very friendly.
Just went with my sister for lunch, we're both trying to eat more healthy after an over indulgent summer. The food was delicious and the service great. She had a chicken meal and I had a jackfruit one, we both cleaned up our plates. Couldn't leave without a slice of the yummy banana bread. Looking forward to going back for the breakfast menu, which I was eyeing up whilst eating, it looks so tempting.
EVERY ONE should come here! The staff are lovely; the prices are amazing and the ‘Flex on the beach’ shake is the best thing to cross my lips in A LONG WHILE! I’ve been back there twice in a week. Highly recommended

The food was fresh delicious and healthy. The salmon was tasty and well prepared. The barbecue Jackfruit it is awesome! The strawbasil fresh juice is delightful. It’s a great place to meet for lunch. I highly recommend.
Great food, very tasty and healthy. Fast service and lovely people looking after the place. Try the flex on the beach shake, the strawbazzle juice and the vegan pancakes!
Fantastic new addition to the food and drink offer in Croydon and totally the right move for Boxpark .
The dhal, which is cooked up with coconut milk, is the closest thing to my mum's home cooked Lankan styles...
And then there's the Flex On The Beach protein shake... scandalously fantastic!

A fantastic atmosphere within the shop and the staff were also incredibly friendly! The choices of food and drink were great and everything was served in good time. Would recommend to all!
