Mcdonald's

Loved it. It's not massive but you can pop downstairs like I did and get extra room. I went on busy Brexit night and was served by a lovely boy working there called Saul. He was attentive and sweet. I just wanted something quick and a small sit-down. Very very busy and I ended up sitting with two gay guys who were delightful company as we all three of us discussed Brexit and chowing down our McDonald's. The food was great too! Loving the BBQ chicken burger! New I believe.

This outlet neither has electronic ordering kiosks nor does it accept phone app orders. I imagine this location doesn't usually see crowds, but it was very crowded when I visited with my family, and had 2 lines until the door. Yet, the staff did very well in receiving and fulfilling orders. The seating area in the basement was small and cramped, but kept clean constantly by one amazing woman named Emma. One of our toddlers vomited on the floor. Given the crowds and stress Ievels in the room, I expected some level of grief from the staff. But Emma came in, mopped up the place and continued helping customers with a smile. I don't know what her motivation is, but I think the woman deserves recognition. God bless you Emma and may your year ahead be filled with happiness and prosperity!

It's a busy place with downstairs seating area. There was no self service machine like other McDonald branches have. The place was too crowded and had no air conditioning at the time of visiting. I'd recommend this place for a cheap value meal however would not go if the queue times were longer than expected.

One of the few not yet modernised...The sheer pressure of working out what you want to eat when you get to the counter, instead of a relaxing browse on the new digital ordering booths. I panicked as I misheard what the lady at the counter said - nearly ordered something vegetarian. Panic over as I adjusted the order and enjoyed a big Mac bacon. There is space for about 20-30 people downstairs. They made a good effort to clean down there even if it looks a bit tired. So clean I slid a across the floor to the table - not many fast food restaurants can claim a USP like that. Overall the family and I enjoyed our visit. My son rates this one a 4 as there were no iPads.
