The food was great especially the staff loved them
Their bbq smokehouse buger is amaing. I love their wraps also. It is our go to place since childhood. This place has really good meals and wrap of the day deals.
They have delicious burgers. Mcdonals is love since childhood, we used to visit this place very often for cheap and best food on the go.
The staff is helpful here too
I love mcdonald's but the bad thing about it is that yous took everyone's favorite caramel sundaes away, yous are losing fans, please make caramel sundaes again.
Came here on Christmas morning and the staff was extra polite, cheery and full of spirit. I admired that especially as they have to work on Christmas instead of having a day off. Living in a country with a Muslim majority, our McDonald's do not serve bacon. Therefore I was so excited when I tried the Bacon Breakfast Wrap. Haha yeah. It was good though. :)
Cheapest option to stuff, it's Mc Donald. Was a regular meeting point for us. Loved their chicken mayo and strawberry milkshake. Chicken nuggets are all time favourite. But it's over crowded all time.
If u visit this Mc D's, Im sure ur gonna get an unusual feeling of on a Mc D's outside planet earth. This place is just too crowded. You will feel as if they're distributing free meals but they aren't. The queues are really long here. Hard to get a table as well inside or outside. Though its a happening place just under the London Eye else if ur with small kids or the elderly, it be a challenge to dine in here.
In the USA apple pies are now baked to save on calories or something - in the UK they post disclaimers about large sodas but they still have fried apple pies. So I had two!

It's a busy place with downstairs seating area. There was no self service machine like other McDonald branches have. The place was too crowded and had no air conditioning at the time of visiting. I'd recommend this place for a cheap value meal however would not go if the queue times were longer than expected.
This outlet neither has electronic ordering kiosks nor does it accept phone app orders. I imagine this location doesn't usually see crowds, but it was very crowded when I visited with my family, and had 2 lines until the door. Yet, the staff did very well in receiving and fulfilling orders.
The seating area in the basement was small and cramped, but kept clean constantly by one amazing woman named Emma. One of our toddlers vomited on the floor. Given the crowds and stress Ievels in the room, I expected some level of grief from the staff. But Emma came in, mopped up the place and continued helping customers with a smile. I don't know what her motivation is, but I think the woman deserves recognition. God bless you Emma and may your year ahead be filled with happiness and prosperity!
Had given up on this brand as the food in Berkshire branches is cold and thrown together. Whitehall Mcdonalds is superb. Hot fries and a Big Mac that actually looked like the photo. So good I nearly ordered another one !

Right on top of Trafalgar Square so it will be busy. They do the best they can with the space they have got, but downstairs can be a bit claustrophobic. Apart from that it is a well run establishment and the food seems fresh and clean
One of the few not yet modernised...The sheer pressure of working out what you want to eat when you get to the counter, instead of a relaxing browse on the new digital ordering booths. I panicked as I misheard what the lady at the counter said - nearly ordered something vegetarian. Panic over as I adjusted the order and enjoyed a big Mac bacon.
There is space for about 20-30 people downstairs. They made a good effort to clean down there even if it looks a bit tired. So clean I slid a across the floor to the table - not many fast food restaurants can claim a USP like that.
Overall the family and I enjoyed our visit. My son rates this one a 4 as there were no iPads.
Loved it. It's not massive but you can pop downstairs like I did and get extra room. I went on busy Brexit night and was served by a lovely boy working there called Saul. He was attentive and sweet. I just wanted something quick and a small sit-down. Very very busy and I ended up sitting with two gay guys who were delightful company as we all three of us discussed Brexit and chowing down our McDonald's. The food was great too! Loving the BBQ chicken burger! New I believe.
Good place to dine on go. Not that crowdy as anyother McDonald's outlets. You get your order within five minutes after you place the order. There in no big que for ordering se well. Very convenient and hassel free experience. Easy place to beat your hunger !
As a tourist, I don’t think that I ever given a positive review at McDonalds.
Hit was so much our American McDonald’s.
Normally I don’t eat fast food when I’m outside of my home are but was curious.
Great options and great food compared to the U.S.
This location was very crowded for sure.
