Good sized Costa but it was quite dark inside - needs some better lighting. Typical experience otherwise. Plenty of seating with some outside tables too.

Super comfy chairs in the back half of the facilty. Quiet, with good use of space and comfort, not cramped together like other stores I've visited. Staff was super friendly and made a great cup of coffee. They delivered my cup to the table for me, which I greatly appreciate as a Handicapable person. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Atmosphere was warm and relaxing. It was a good calm in the middle of my busy day.

I went in to grab a hot drink and quick snack ahead of an evening business meeting. Lovely customer service from Dayana who was welcoming and couldn't do enough for me. I will definitely pop in again when I'm next in Holborn. I was really impressed, and I rarely say this.

Nice place to chill,have a coffee,latte,ice cool drink,toasted cheese and ham 🥪😋. Whatever you fancy!
And Big Plus is that, the staff were very welcoming, respectful and gave the place that added warm feeling 🤗 definitely go there again when I'm working at the theatre again.👏🏻
