It’s absolutely unacceptable the coffe shop at the Main Street that not provide to customers any toilet. The demand here is high and is cold. One of the member of the staff told me for use the toilet in another pret 2 minutes away. Could be fine if wasn’t winter time, when someone look for warm place to have coffe and chill a little bit.
Like most Prets the queue moves fast and your order is ready soon. Also like most coffee shops, you sometimes get the most amazing drink and other times something not really worth drinking. It's hit or miss but mostly a hit with the drinks. Plenty of seating most of the time.

I always prefer matcha green tea latte, but I was suggested by Habib to add vanilla in it. Tbh it tasted great. Pleased with their service.
