We have been bringing Nala (cat) here for 6 years & Maggie (dog) for 3 years & always been very pleased with the care & service provided.
However, this was the first time that Saskia (vet) had seen either. She was very thorough, but gentle, with both during their 6-monthly health checks, and willing to answer any questions.
Clare (nurse/receptionist) was also very welcoming & helpful.
Very pleased again with the care and service provided.

We have just recently transferred to Medivet Fortis Green. staff are friendly and was easy to book an appointment. We noted that Rayyan is an outstanding vet and very passionate about caring for animals. Impeccable on her manner, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, very knowledgeable, did not rush the visit and made discerning decisions regarding treatment. Cannot recommend this practise enough.

Took our hamster to Medivet fortis Green. The hamster looked at deaths door and I wished I had gone sooner. I was told fluffy had fluid in the lungs and could have pneumonia or cancer. I could try antibiotics or given his age of 30 months put him down. I chose to try the antibiotics first and he is looking much better within 1 day putting up a healthy struggle to avoid taking his medicine :) very pleased. Total cost 63 pounds. Worth it to us for sure.

Extremely friendly and caring staff. Rayyan in particular has been looking after my fur baby the past 5yrs and we cant thank her enough for going above and beyond to help his complicated health conditions. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had an amazing experience with getting a Rebies vaccine and travel certificate for Rocky. All the staff in Fortis green are really friendly and attentive, Rocky got a lot of treats and kisses from the lovely Ryyan. Thank you

Rayyan was absolutely incredible in getting a certificate to travel for my dog, making sure everything went smoothly for our travels. I am beyond thankful to her and Lottie for organising it all as it was a rush to get this done as my dogs rabies vaccine was just in the 21 days. My dog utterly loved Rayyan and her style of care for a pup of 2. Exciting, fun and gentle. I cannot thank you enough for helping us out!
