my family and I came here for a birthday not expecting much, however we were pleasantly surprised. The food was well beyond my expectations and the quality was amazing. Great choice of authentic Italian dishes. the atmosphere was gorgeous surrounding a canal, and the staff were friendly and approachable, very good with kids. Will definitely be coming here again and highly recommend!!

Celebrated my birthday here and it was beautiful.
I organized two weeks or so before with the managers of the restaurant. They were very helpful throughout. We planned a menu together considering all dietary regulations for 28 people.
We had amazing food- all the appetizers and pastas and pizzas👌 everyone enjoyed the atmosphere. We had even a chance to play our own music.
If you are looking for great food and great atmosphere that makes you feel like out of London, this is the spot.

The atmosphere is a bit funky as the entrance has all the markings of a pizza take out, but get past that and the service and the food were both the best we've found in an Italian restaurant for some time. They had fresh octopus as a starter and we shared one. It was incredible. The fresh pasta was also very good. We skipped the pizza, but would try it next visit.

Been coming to Ciao Bella regularly for the past 2 years. Service is always consistent. Friendly, professional and welcoming staff. Tried the new menu introduced w/c 22nd May and the new chef is next level! The octopus, lamb chop, beef ribs, mash potato, grilled chicken and omg even the veggies are top notch! New cocktails too!
