I contacted Nu-Heat as I had a few issues with my underfloor heating and they put me in touch with Jason as their local service engineer. From the moment he arrived it was a relief to note that Jason obviously knew his stuff in comparison to others who had been before him and failed to understand the way underfloor heating works. He was with me all afternoon and by the end of it we had solved the problem and the whole system had been cleaned and reset. Thank you Jason. :))

I couldn’t recommend EcoHeat Plumbing highly enough. Not only were they able to help at the very last minute with a leak, they found the leak and fixed it. We had previously used companies such as Pimlico and had terrible experiences. EcoHeat was a welcome reminder that there are genuine tradespeople out there who go above and beyond to help.

We were having issues with our Nu Heat underfloor heating system. Basically, 80% of it was not working. Jason, one of their techs, came over and fixed the issue. He was very knowledgable in his diagnosis, and repair work. He even had a post mortem with me on maintenance that I should do throughout the year so much so he called Nu Heat and got the original system manual sent to me as a pdf (it's an old system) so I could diagnose problem issues and work my heating system more efficiently. What I liked the most about the overall experience was that he had the parts in his van so everything was done in one afternoon. There wasn't any of the "come one day to figure out the issue, schedule in another day to treat the issue" nonsense.

Couldn't recommend Jason enough! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and determined. We all but given up fixing our underfloor heating after multiple plumbers been unable to identify the issue and on occasion even making it worse! Jason, however, got to the bottom of it, and stayed as long as it was need to get it working again! We need more plumbers like this!

I'd been looking for a really outstanding plumber who understood underfloor heating. EcoHeat Plumbing came to the house and understood our system immediately and carefully went through each area, fixing the issues as they went. Brilliant technically and I could not recommend them enough for the quality and professionalism they showed. 10/10
