I just spilled my hot chocolate all over the table and floor. The staff members were super helpful and even made me a new hot chocolate free of charge. That put a smile on my face.

Apart from the food and the atmosphere, we had an emergency accident while being in the café and the staff were so helpful and very careful until the ambulance arrived.
Big thank to to the staff, specially the Algerian guy. Sorry that I can't remember his name 😊.

This was a great experience. Firstly, the coffee and the vegan cake was delicious. The staff were also really friendly and genuinely seemed eager to be kind and helpful. They even wished me a happy birthday when they saw I had a birthday voucher. The cafe is really nicely laid out and it feels very relaxing. I’d come back here for sure.

One of nicest Cafe Nero's in central London with large top to bottom windows, ample seating and a food menu to complement the coffee, tea and cakes. The deli menu caters to small bite vegan, vegetarian and meat dishes including a pork & pacetta sausage roll, cous cous salad and a rainbow slaw salad. The seating is functional catering to laptop workers, large groups and takeaway customers. On a sunny day the space is flooded with light and warm - great for crisp winter days but not to appealing during hot summer days. The service is efficient and on the ball.

Kyla is the nicest barista I've come across in Nero. She is helpful, polite and knowledgeable about coffee and the different types of plant milk available. Really Nice to have such a friendly barista.

Nice place, service OK, lots of light and cosy design. Coffee so-so though and can be busy. It’s along the lines of what you’d expect from Nero. Perhaps one of the better ones.

I’ve been to this location on 2 occasions now and honestly, the customer service is on par with the likes of any 5 star establishment. All the staff have a extremely gentle welcoming approach towards customers, every customer here seems to be leaving the tills with nothing but smiles. Hats off to the lovely ladies behind the counter & the gentlemen on the floor tending to every customer, lovely place to become a ‘regular’.
