I bought a coffee and a cinnamon roll from upper crust this morning. The customer service I received was fantastic. The member of staff called RAJ was so polite and. Honestly the staff at Upper Crust are amazing!

RAJ is always so helpful and he's gotten to know my order, it's amazing! How many people he must see on a normal shift at London Marylebone?!! Amazing! A credit to the brand. Also great breakfast rolls, flat white, and baguettes.
