Slow service didn't get free items from app as they said machine broken ???
No offer to make it up ,lost out on a free cookie and free side as deal was to purchase these items and get them free.
Also don't see their point of drinks on cups for takeaways they should have cans as drinks are sub standard by they pay for the equipment we the customer are better offered a real drink in a can or bottle.

This KFC IS not great, it gets you fed but the service is questionable and the toilets are not clean as expected and sometimes it's just the disabled toilet in use.
I also really think that KFC as a chain should get rid of the floors, the sound of males when a chair moves is horrific.

Possibly the worst KFC experience I've ever had. EVERY TIME I've been to this KFC (moved to Streatham 3 months ago) they get my order wrong.
Today for example, the female server couldn't speak English (as usual) and got my order wrong twice. The manager (tall Asian man) was having an argument with a customer AGAIN (this has actually happened a few times, and he seems to have a chip on his shoulder whenever you talk to him).
Terrible service, lack of English, and rude manager. Worst KFC EVER!
Ps: I got a refund after being rudely treated when the KFC App didn't register on the till and went to the other smaller branch, but the manager hussein was very helpful. I will be going there from now on.

Slowest KFC I've ever had the misfortune to visit, regularly takes 30+ minutes to serve 5-6 customers. When you get your order they've usually got it wrong and they add the 'sugar tax' to ALL the drinks including low and no sugar drinks. Cheeky fraudsters.

Badly managed - long queues/waits because not enough staff on tills. Also, they don't seem to like giving you special offers (e.g. receipt discount, Colonel's Club). Or maybe they're just grumpy.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had from KFC.
Long wait to get served, staff were rude in general with absolutely no enthusiasm, took forever to get the order ready, and upon eventually leaving discovered chips were missing, hence a longer wait as they had none ready. When we commented on the service the server got aggressive.
Got the food home and very disappointed, chicken was poor quality, very dry and portion size was small compared to other KFC restaurants I've been to.
First time I've been to this KFC, and the last.

This is the second time I have gave them my loyalty to scan and twice they clearly failed to put it on, no idea what they did with it. The queue is ridiculous one person serving SLOW while everyone else is standing around doing nothing. When you talk they don't understand anything your saying,doesnt matter where you are from when you work in England especially a big chain you should know how to have a conversation in English. Poor service.
