I visit here regularly and most of the time the standards are often good. Toilets are clean and tables are cleaned/cleared. On any occasion where that is not the case, upon request - staff do come promptly to clear and clean tables. The area is specious and has plenty of indoor seating and also outdoor seating (which is sheltered). Inside there is plenty of PowerPoints which is ideal for meetings or recharging appliances. Parking close by is a challenge so it’s best to arrive on foot.

Love my local Costa Coffee. A very convenient meeting place for friends and family and the coffee is top notch. Toasted cheese or something sweet for those who are hungry.
Best of all there is always a Costa Coffee not too far away.

Busy, but staff friendly and efficient so queue was kept down. Lots of tables but not cramped for space. Toilets are combi locked but the number is on each receipt. Coffee to the usual Costa standard. Would recommend.

Busy costa in Ealing, is normal as is a busy place in the shopping center.
Team in the early mornings is great, i really appreciate their smiles at 7 am, thanks so much , they makes my mornings better.

My experience at Costa Coffee is always wonderful.
I have a loyalty card and I just popped in today to collect my free coffee 😁
The atmosphere and furnishings are so much more nicer and more comfortable than Starbucks. The staff are always so much more friendly, welcoming and professional than Starbucks. And of course the coffee is so much more tasty at Costa!
Why would anyone want to drink at a Starbucks when the can go to Costa? 🤷♂️
