Looks like a very ordinary breakfast stop from the outside but the coffee is great and they do some surprising options such as the smoked salmon and avocado on toast which is delicious.

Don't believe the bad reviews! Brekkie at Silvios will turn a bad day into a good one. You can get a huuuge granary bap stuffed with perfectly cooked bacon and egg for about £3.50. The team are so friendly they can break through any bad mood, even mine... You won't beat the quality of food and vibe for this price in central London.
