Pret A Manger

Visited this branch of Pret regularly in the mornings whilst I was studying nearby. Whilst the whole team are polite and service was good Emma was exceptional, she made my year studying extra special. I know she must see hundreds of people every day but she always made me feel welcome and had time to say hi in the morning when I stopped in for coffee. She even congratulated me when I sat my exams! See you when I'm up there for graduation :)

We found Shop and Toilets very clean and tidy.Variety of different food options Amazing, the Manager approached us to offer help as we are on diet and looking for a nutrient option, she was really helpful with calories information and offer on the house a Green Tea that was actually tasty! Certainly coming back.

It's a Pret, the coffee and food are as to be expected. Spacious, doesn't get mega busy even at lunchtimes as it is slightly away from the main drag of Holborn where other branches exist. Slightly surprised it survived the Covid-19 purge where some other branches haven't. Good toilets. Staff member who served me registered a slight hesitation in putting my order forward which she took as a cue to go off to prepare and dispatch two more coffees before coming back to me, so being generous by only taking off the one star.
