Service was generally good despite how busy they were. Small branch with limited seats but busy. Reasonably clean. I had the porridge which was nice. I like the fact that you can customize what milk you want and choose a topping. Although the porridge is 'ready-made', they prepare it freshly so it is piping hot and unlike other places where many make it in bulk which I don't like. This branch is good if you need a quick stop but not somewhere to sit long.

Sofia at the london wall cafe Nero branch was so lovely and very helpful! However the man who works at the branch was extremely rude.

Really hard one to review. Coffee at Neros is the best around but the staff (one guy in particular) here are super rude. If you accept you're going to get a better than average coffee then it's worth the attitude you'll get from the barista

Nice little Cafe Nero, searing is a bit limited although the spare tables are cleared promptly. I do enjoy a Nero coffee ✅

Winchester House is a nice little London coffee shop perfect for a coffee with work mates or small meeting. One of the smaller Caffè Nero's, it loses a star only while customers and staff alike wait for the long promised air conditioning (tough during this summer's heat). Perfect vantage point to watch people from three directions if you're meeting people there.
