After walking around in brentford with a friend, had a nice time drinking hot chocolate with a cake and catching up with my friend. It got comfortable atmosphere that day because it was quiet due to heavy rain outside. Would pop by again in the future.

Excellent and fantastic coffee. This branch is so relaxing and stands out supreme amongst other Costa branches. Is this a flagship store?The staff and management are extremely friendly. The premises are clean and very homely. It’s such a nice environment to unwind in. I’ve met so many friends here and really love the coffee. Their M&S sandwiches are brilliantly tasty too. Yummy.

Good coffee. Pleasant, efficient staff. The Kew Bridge branch I visited today has more staff, which has improved service during busy times. For a change, I opted for lemonade, which it transpired, had run out. A staff member made me a strawberry lemonade instead and brought it to my table.

It's a standard Costa in many ways. Coffee and cakes are good. Decor looks a little tired. There is seating outside which isn't right on the road. Service is upbeat and friendly which makes a difference.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Ana and Kristina really make me feel at home. They always know what I want and remember all their regular customers’ preferences.
It’s nice to have a smile every time I visit and my coffee is always the way I like it - a fabulous double shot cappuccino with extra froth.
However on this visit I got a flat white, carefully crafted with an artistic design on top whiteout using a template. These guys are truly pro baristas.
The premises are very clean and well looked after, which is always a good sign for hygiene. The staff are definitely hardworking and observant of customer needs.
This is certainly one of the best Costa branches that I’ve visited and certainly my main one. I love the decor.
