Excellent and fantastic coffee. This branch is so relaxing and stands out supreme amongst other Costa branches. Is this a flagship store?The staff and management are extremely friendly. The premises are clean and very homely. It’s such a nice environment to unwind in. I’ve met so many friends here and really love the coffee. Their M&S sandwiches are brilliantly tasty too. Yummy.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Ana and Kristina really make me feel at home. They always know what I want and remember all their regular customers’ preferences. It’s nice to have a smile every time I visit and my coffee is always the way I like it - a fabulous double shot cappuccino with extra froth. However on this visit I got a flat white, carefully crafted with an artistic design on top whiteout using a template. These guys are truly pro baristas. The premises are very clean and well looked after, which is always a good sign for hygiene. The staff are definitely hardworking and observant of customer needs. This is certainly one of the best Costa branches that I’ve visited and certainly my main one. I love the decor.
