last weekend I stayed at the hotel which was recommended, I cannot praise the hotel and it's staff enough. the location was perfect, a few mins walk to the underground, shops. the food served at the restaurant (breakfast & dinner) were delicious, something for everything. the service at the restaurant was outstanding,nothing was too much trouble for them. the staff are so friendly. the rooms are very clean and suited our needs perfectly. we found the housekeeping staff very friendly and were happy to help us with anything we asked. would I stay there again ? 1000% yes!. I will recommend this to anyone . thanks for an enjoyable weekend with you

It has been many years since I have been to London and to be honest this hotel I chose because of its close locality to Euston and Russell square tube station, I am really glad I did decide to stay. First impression was that the staff are all friendly and they smile, no miserable faces here. I wasn't too sure what to expect in the evening as we had a free evening meal the first night as part of the deal we booked, you could eat in a few other places as well, we chose to eat at the president as we had done a lot of walking and we were tired. The meal was 3 courses and included the carvery which I have to say was really tasty. the breakfast had a decent choice of food and was hot and set us up for the day. Rooms were great I thought, ours had a bath as well as a separate toilet which is always handy. Tea coffee and a kettle in the room, perfect. We had the whole day to kill on the last day and the left luggage facility was great. Would I stay here again if I came back to London for a visit. You bet I would. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Myself and my daughter really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel xxx
