Sensational pizza. The basil was fresh, the tomato base was tangy and the base had a nice crunch to it. Worth the hype and definitely worth the wait.

Crisp pizza is definitely worth the hype, pre book that dough and get there early to avoid disappointment!

🚇 Hammersmith 🍺 £6.10 Madri ❤️ An internationally known Hammersmith local. . The Chancellors is located on a quiet street in a residential area not far from the Thames. The pub sits opposite the redeveloped Riverside Studios, the site is famed for hosting numerous TV shows including TFI Friday and Have I Got News For You. . This pub was built in 1857 and is architecturally very different to Victorian pubs built in this era. . This a compact one bar boozer which mixes the old the new very well. The mahogany panelled servery takes pride of place here. The decor consists of bold green Georgian panels, exposed brickwork and pictures of famous punters that have frequented the pub including Chris Evans. At the front of the pub are plenty of benches for the warmer months and also a covered outside space just off the main bar. . The beer selection was full of familiar favourites and a couple of cask ales.I decided on a pint of Madri, my pint was very agreeable and price point average. The food menu here is pizza, not just any pizza but world famous pizza by @crisppizzaw6 . The pizza here has received rave reviews by internationally renowned pizza and food critics. We thought we would try it out but the pub was fully booked, I shall return. The pizzas come in two sizes, a 12” costs £12 and a 16” £18. . We arrived just after 5pm on a sunny Saturday afternoon in June. The atmosphere here was relaxed and calm, the majority of punters were lapping up the sun outside. We got talking to a couple of regulars who were avid fulham fans and told us all about how popular the pizza was and it attracts some new punters from this now gentrified area. This pub shows live sport, The Ashes was on and seemed popular with those gathered in the pub. . The @chancellors_w6 is a great example of a pub that has moved with the times and adapted to its surroundings. The owner has transformed this pub from an 'oldschool boozer' to an internationally recognised food spot whilst still looking after his bread and butter punters. A superb little local this which is well worth a visit. . ℹ️ Info correct on visiting 17.06.23

Visiting from the US, saw Dave’s high score for the pizza at this place and it did not disappoint, we went back the next day. Tried almost all the pizzas and they were fantastic. Our favorite was the regular cheese. Staff is fantastic, be sure to follow them on Instagram to see when pizzas will be available.

We went on a Saturday when they were only serving pizza by the slice and taking walk-ins only. They recommended turning up between 3-5pm and we turned up just after 4pm. There was a good amount of customers around but we were able to order pretty much straight away and get a table inside. The slices themselves were delicious - crisp bases and really nice flavoursome toppings. We enjoyed the nduja and the pepperoni with honey and burrata on top was sensational. Definitely worth the visit and it lives up to the hype as one of the nicest pizzas in town.

Crisp pizza is worth the hype, wow. The ‘crisp’ (front of the photo) was all of our favourites, wow. We got there at 4:35 on a Friday (no prebook), got a table and 3 pizzas no problem. But most of the dough gets pre-sold, you can order in advance up to 6 months, or check their instagram story on the day you want to go and they’ll say when they’re releasing walk-in dough and how many. But FYI on the day we went they released 50 dough at 5pm and they were sold out in about 4 minutes.. so go early and get in the queue. Top tip - big queue=dough still left! V reasonable value on the pizzas, shame a neck oil is £7 🫠

PIZZA IS NOT SERVED ON MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS! Also make sure to call and check they still have pizzas in stock for the day as they have a set amount of pizzas allocated for walk ins. The pizza is really good here, especially the Crisp W6. I had it with the garlic dip and it was amazing. I highly suggest it.

Believe the hype this is the best Pizza I have eaten in England. We tried the cheese, the pepperoni and the Vecna Pie. All were excellent, my personal preference was the Vecna Pepperoni, Parmesan,Burrata and Hot Honey the sweet honey soothed all the sour flavours it was a perfect balance. It was magnificent. Advance booking almost essential, I travelled from the suburbs with my young daughters so planned a family meet up as my nephew lives in Fulham. Although it is a Pub we made it an occasion and is worthy of being that. It is 100% worth planning ahead and waiting for a day you can visit. They can reserve your dough, then you turn up that day and choose toppings when you arrive. When you experience the crisp light base, ( I would say its a cross between Neapolitan and New York ), you understand why this dough is so precious to them. All the staff we met were professional courteous and friendly. I highly reccomend these Pizzas.

Crisp Pizza is as good as they say - and if you catch it on a sunny day sitting outside with a cool drink, in the sun eating pizza, there's nothing better.
