Wonderful gentlemen work here. The level of care they showed a local elderly lady was Wonderful. They had her sit and brought her a tray of her usual without asking. If she complains about a spot they wipe it. Wonderful experience.

Went there yesterday for some much needed Coffee Oh my the carrot cake was so tasty creamy too Ordered a hot chocolate and a caramel Latte Great store Clean Friendly and Welcoming staff Plenty choice from cold to hot sandwiches Cakes muffins and more Open 7 days a week Monday to Friday 07:00-18:00 Saturday 07:00-18:30 Sunday 08:00-18:00

Such a nice service. Julia is my new favourite server in the area. Spent the day here writing my book and honestly could not have wished for a friendlier surrounding.

Iv just visited Caffe Nero not to far from victoria train station & found it very warm & well coming there, the coffee was very good also the seating is very comfortable its the sort of place where you can relax & enjoy your coffee in peice & quiet, so all in all i would give this Caffe a 5 star rating & hope that Caffe Nero keeps this standard of service up as it is without doubt the best Caffe in that area by a long, long way. yours truely a very satisfied customer.

Good toasts (cheesee and mushrooms) but i would say a bit expensive, latte and caramel latte very good in taste and nice service! Thank you
