My experience was there very good staff is really good, I never disappointed whenever I visit they have really quick service. I always gets fresh food. Staff behaviour is very humble, kind and helpful.
People certainly have an opinion about subway as a franchise. Some love it, some hate it. I like to separate the stores. If you run it properly, it's an amazing business opportunity, with really amazing food. If you run it poorly, you will give people diarrhoea, and remember you for life, not to eat at Subway. The Shepherds bush one is being managed correctly in my opinion. The place was nice and tidy, Felicio gave me an amazing customer service, and the sandwich he made was fantastic, and made with care. Thank you for my dinner!

Excellent customer service; especially from Tamanna. Tamanna was professional and responded to my special dietary requirements and was very patient. I informed her that I didn't have my glasses and that I could not read the small print. She was very helpful. I enjoyed my subway vegan pattie sandwich.
