It's a metro Paul but the staff here are great they really are wonderful to be served by, they remember which coffee I like and what breakfast pastries or bread I buy. I don't buy daily but they all have good memories and I feel really well treated. It's excellent customer service such as this that makes it way above the rest of the other fast food establishments. I always find coming here such a treat, the quality of the food is fresh and so delicious. Yes it costs more but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend here if you are looking for delicious food be it savory or sweet. When I say sweet the cakes are really really good.

Our go to sandwich shop, rarely fails on choice for tasty options and superb selection of sweat treats. Their seeded loaf is a regular in the bread bin. They also do a rich hotchocolate/mocha option that does need to be tried.
Best pastries and coffee in Hammersmith, great selection of baguettes & savouries. 10 x mini chocolatecdoughnuts for £5, a bargain and v popular at the office👍😋

Love almost everything here...mini chocolate beignet, almond croissant, almond & chocolate croissant(mixed), ham & cheese baguette to mention a few.
The coffee were good too.
They have no sitting area though.
Great place for cakes, french bread and coffee (not just their macaroons). Conveniently located towards the main exit to Kings Street. Everything seems to be greatly baked from their kitchen to the rear. My only gripe is the lack of seating.
Clean and everyone wearing PPE witch fills me with confidence. I judge coffee and tea shops by how they were PPE and Paul’s in Hammersmith scores highly. No breathing on my drink. And the hot chocolate is divine.
This is one of the best Paul in London! There is an italian guy that is working there, and because I worked in 5* hotels, I asked a few questions about the way he prepares food, ecc ecc.. the answers were incredible accurate! I can see that he's doing this job not only to get a salary but also because there is love in what he is doing. Also there is a young Italian girl (Caroline) that she is extremely polite, welcoming and professional. I truly reccomend this Paul.
