I really wish these guys would open branches in Cape Town, the sushi market there is so overpopulated with the same crap and is crying out for a different touch on sushi.
These guys manage to give great portions of fish, without adding a huge price tag, even the brown rice sushi is tasty.
It's not going to be somewhere you will sit and enjoy a special meal, but as far as lunches go, you can't not be satisfied with one of these tasty little boxes
Three of us stepped in here to pick up some sushi to take away, and we encountered a wall of sushi.
Sushi to the right of us! Sushi to the left of us! and Sushi in front of us! Everything looked fresh and appetizing, and after a few moments of uncertainty as to what to pick, we decided to pick up 3 sushi sets. They were the Wasabi Classic with Chicken katsu, Mixed Maki set, and the Salmon Nigiri set.
Armed with these sets and additional wasabi, soy sauce, and ginger, we proceeded to our destination.
They were superbly made, and tasted fresh with no indication that they had been picked up off the shelf.
The meal cost us a little under 15 Pounds, and for what we got that is tremendous value for money. You can go to other places and watch the same thing being put together, and pay twice as much or more, but you can not taste the difference!

Got to say, this is one meal i never forget to get everytime in london, its their taste and size that is always spot on, not to mention this delicious tub of rice and spicy chicken is only £5, perfect for holding while strolling through london!
This becomes my ritual to buy packed food every time I go on trains from King’s Cross. It’s hot food, it’s decent, it’s cheap for the quality and the taste. The best is their chicken katsu curry, but do try their other hot foods as well!

Cheap easy and testy Asian food. Good selection and very courteous staff. The best value for money place in the train station, food remains of good quality throughout your journey and it has the best view to see the timetable of trains.
Amazing sushi with various vegan and vegetarian options. The prices are pretty okay for London standards.
Cheap, quick and tasty Asian food. We were looking for a hot meal and ended up here before boarding our train. I was in disbelief that I'm actually eating vegan, it was very delectable. We normally look for vegetarian options but my husband brought Chi'king Katsu with Yakisoba Noodles & Chi'king Katsu curry with rice and we finished it within minutes. The only thing which management should take notice of that noodles were not hot but warm. They have limited seating area but with a nice view of busy train station (hustle and bustle).
Had the Teriaki salmon rice potto & it was lush!
No idea the calories in this little sexy snack pot but tummy feels full & not bloated.
First time I munched on a chilli & my head didn’t blow off. So don’t bin the chillies 🌶️ peeps, get them eaten.

This was AMAZING! It was super convenient, with lots of options. I was in and out in less than five minutes. The food was absolutely delicious and it was good value for money. I will definitely be coming here anytime I travel through kings cross.

The layout of the shop could be better; the people browsing the food get in the way of the people who are queueing, but I cannot fault the food. Fresh sushi, katsu, delicious hot currys with rice, a selection of drinks and desserts including mochi and dorayaki. Wonderful!
