I loveeee this place! I used to be a bit skeptical about bubble tea as i prefer to eat my calories rather than drink them! However bubbleology has totally changed my perspective! Its a unique and delicious treat, increasingly addictive and crave worthy!!!! Ive mixes several flavours; my favorite flavour being passionfruit and rasberry with extra tapioca!!!
I am addicted to bubble tea!!! Bubbleology is magical! It is simple but at the same time super original! one of the best inventions so far... Beautiful decor; good service; refreshing, cheap and healthy teas (if ordered without syrup). My favorites: Taro milk tea with strawberry popping bobas and green apple tea with passion fruit popping bobas! It is impossible to choose just one, you have to try them all!
I'm addicted to this place I want to try every single one of the flavours are so delicious especially the tapioca balls. Service is always fast as well
If you're looking for a light, refreshing, cold drink then bubble tea is the right choice for you. There's a variety of flavours to choose from; flavours have been carefully picked to stimulate your taste buds so that you are sure to return the next time you pass the store. The tapioca balls are, in my opinion the highlight of the drink as the two different types of balls either pop in the mouth- exerting a tasty juice, or allow you to chew on them as you enjoy the rest of the tea.
My personal favourites are the strawberries & cream flavour along with the Oreo bubble tea which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tasty drink on the run.
The interior of the store is colourful and appealing to the eyes; it was a factor by which I really was attracted and the customer service provided was of good quality too. Great experience!
Great bubble tea shop with smooth customer service and lovey small shop in the corner :)! It was not clear in the entrance that it is on the 5F but other than that all good :)! Matcha bubble tea was delicious and if there is an opportunity to put some seating area it will be even better x)! Will come back again!
Best bubble tea from Central London, topped up with quality costumer service. Would recommend to anyone, either a novice when it comes to bubble tea or a connoisseur.
Went here a few weeks ago and there was two men working who were lovely! I wanted to try make tea from home and they gave me tips and told me about a book release soon! Great service lads!

I had ordered a taro milk tea but forgot to ask for soy milk because im lactose intolerant. One of the employees was so nice to change my drink for free! Thank you :)
my first time trying bubble tea, 10/10, but be aware that they ask for identification when you pay! also, it is on the fifth floor of the building, so dont look for it sitting on the street
Some of the more authentic flavours aren't available. It is more 'Westernised' than I am used to but still managed to satisfy my craving for bubble tea.

For anyone wondering its in the corner of the topfloor..took me a while to find it but it was good!! Highly recommend mango with all of the jellies :3
