Sandwiches are fine and coffee is ok, but it's just an EAT.

Great place for a quick bite to eat. Lots of healthy foods are available. I'd personally recommend the hot smoked sesame salmon. It was absolutely delicious.

Great food, cosy and shelter from the hustle and bustle of Regent Street out front

Similar to pret, but not as crowded. Their soups are amazing, and I recommend them highly.

I use Eat fairly regularly for a quick grab and go lunch. While there perhaps isn't a huge range of sandwiches, the ones I've tried are always fresh and enjoyable. Various pudding and snack options are available too (salted chocolate pots are very good). I'll be there again, I'm sure.

Good selection of baguettes, toasties, sandwiches, wraps, snacks, drinks, desserts and some hot food. I have been to this branch many times over the years and on the 2 or 3 previous visits, it looked unloved, a bit scruffy and unkempt in general. However, today, there must be a new manager: the shelves much better stocked, everything was clean, wiped and swept. As ever, the staff were friendly and efficient.

Nice food. Tends to run out around 5 but rather that than waste!

Proved good to to grab a quick bite to eat while passing through, some good quality food, a lot of which seems to be made to be portable or coming in containers (like the soup) if you're going to be taking it to go. Have a lot warmed up and ready to go as soon as you come in the door. A lot of open space inside, and a reasonable amount of seating space inside. Certainly could be more made out of all that open space, but there's enough already. If you're stopping by, I quite liked the coconut chicken soup. Nice and hot.
