Overall good as expected ....at the end of the day is MC Donald s a general pot stop ....to grab a bite on the go if any other option is not available nearby (very unlikely though ) ...However, nice place to stay ...for a brain free choice if u know what I mean X)

I got a Big Mac and a Filet O Fish the last night I was here in London, to bring back to the hotel. Both items were fine. When was entering the restaurant I opened the door and a man and woman cut ahead of me. I said, "You're welcome!" At the register, I realized the man and woman were with another couple. The four of them were Americans. I am American as well. Anyways, they start saying negative things about fast food workers. I won't get into the details, but I felt bad for the employees who didn't do anything wrong yet had to listen to this diatribe. The manager apologized to the 4 for the delay due to the fries being cooked. When I got my takeout order, I made it a point to tell the manager what a great job his employees were doing. As I left, I realized I got my order before the 4 people even though they went before me. This was September 18, 2023.

A most excellent establishment! The waiter was surprised to say the least when i ordered my steak in bun medium rare and told me they steam the meat here. Taken aback for a minute, i let myself be guided on this culinary tour and tried the exotic dish. Mazette! This sandwich was not half as bad as i feared at first. The meal ensued with a generous serving of these "french fries" in a bright red carton/holder. The crispness of fried potatoes married itself perfectly with the oriental flavours of the curry sauce; i felt transported body and mind to far-away places in the country where dreams and memory collide. Only the lavatory left a lot to be desired. I thought myself back to the trenches of Verdun, covered in excrement and the remains of the fallen after an artillery strike. The cleaners should be held to the same high standards as the cooks for this fine restaurant to get a fifth star from me!

Small area where we order but they still cosy for customers good accessibility for wheelchair /staff work hard with deliveries orders and with costumers. I guess customers could be a bit more polite and throw away their own rubbish and the only thing what makes not very kids and wheelchair friendly is the customers who most of the times have no manners towards them(there is space upstairs but they choose to stay dowstairs) and towards staff. Could be better? Yes but I will not blame on the staff as they are doing their best to serve everyone efficiently, toilets could be better, but it is decent( at least when I've been there ) and again customers could at least flush. In overall staff great service, as everywhere else can always improve but believe me after I left MacDonald I went to cafe Nero and that place was dirty big time and no excuse because it wasn't busy at all to have most of the tables dirty and filthy toilets and if you look up walls (inside the barista area) are very dirty with fluffy dust glued on the wall...
