Ca'puccino

Came on a Friday afternoon, the place was not that busy. I was seated immediately. Ordered the pasta carbonara, vanilla ice latte & tiramisu. The ice latte & tiramisu were great but the pasta was really just average. The staff were realy helpful & friendly, the cafe ambiance were relaxing , jazz music playing in the background.

I love this place, have been going here since I used to work in Westfield when studying, many years on - the place is still beautiful, the service as good as always, the young staff who are extremely friendly provide excellent customer service! I treated my Dad to this place as an early birthday lunch for his 61st bday, he absolutely loved it! He adored how Italian it was, a real “Italian style cafe” exactly what you want if your looking for a proper Italian feel, from the music to the staff, to the food, their delicious Sicilian lemonade and let’s not even mention the range of gorgeous coffees they offer! I highly recommend this place, sitting downstairs by the window for refreshments during the summer is the best! While upstairs offers a cosy ambient with old books and comfy chairs! A must visit! Thank you again to all the staff for making us feel so welcomed here! ( I must add my dad has made a point of always to come to this place when at Westfield from now onwards!)

There was a good range of food for a cafe the deserts were particularly tasty! The young staff were friendly and helpful and the decor is attractive. Good range of beer and at a reasonable price. It was bustling but we were not neglected, the service was prompt and attentive and there was a good atmosphere in the place. There are also decent sized baby change facilities.

Really don't know why there were so many 1 or 2 stars for the rating. I had a really great experience in the restaurant no matter the breakfast, dessert, the place and the service. Me and my friend arrived Westfield so early at around 9 am. We tried to explore a place to eat and finally we entered Ca’puccino. I talked to the staff that we were so starved because we came from Hong Kong and was experiencing time difference. My body was in the afternoon at that moment of time so we were very hungry. She offered us that we could order the burger instead of breakfast which might not enough for us. I felt grateful for her offering. Although I ordered the breakfast at the end, I could feel “Tailor-made service” from the restaurant. The food waiting time was just right. Another thing to highlight was that, the staff recommended a delicious apple pie for us. I liked it so much. The ice-cream was the perfect match with the pie! The pastry looks great and I would recommend the restaurant to every pastry lovers!
