Bagel Factory

i like this. iv had the salt beef and pastrami bagel, i think it’s a really good food choice to have at the excel centre and was popular. tasted nice good service came wrapped nice with a napkin. the price is on okay level, it was 7.59, it should probably be 6.50 max, 6 would be good, but i wouldn’t want the ingredients any worse quality to be fair, but £12 for a meal deal is a lot, but compared to all excel prices it’s £3+ for a drink and £2 ish for crisps probably so it’s on par.

Based on my experience, the service was really good. The staff was friendly, the salt beef bagel was tasty and it was prepared super quickly! Had a muffin and a hot drink with my meal deal and was even asked if I wanted the milk preheated before adding to my tea. Satisfied customer and would recommend.

I'm surprised they have so low reviews. Didn't read through them but I can imagine it's about the queue and confusion. Guys, as someone who worked in the food industry I respect these kind of places who have to serve thousands of people maybe in a busy day. My food was done in no time after staying in what felt like a long queue but not really. Anyway, the salt beef bagel was delicious. Very tasty, not dry as expected, just very consistent. And not heavy at all. I was very surprised by the quality. And the muffin was also quite good. Well done to the team.

Boof, I do not know what to tell you after reading the reviews. My honest experience ..this is a great joint .. after being away from home over a week. I ordered the chicken melted cheese bagel and it tasted really really good. (please do not compare this with NY bagels pls) The ppl here were also super nice to us - just my 2 cents
