Busy fast food ! Staff were so busy, common courtesy was out the window. No please/thankyou. Our food was shoved towards us, and we felt the person who served us was annoyed when we asked for some sauce.
Food was OK, the atmosphere was as expected for a fast food place.

Cannot ask for much on service and atmosphere. It's McDonald's after all. Floor and tables are clean. And this is the first time I have a very neat and well stacked burger in the past year or two.

Good few seats down the stairs too.
Did miss off a few items off the order, so so check everything you ordered is there.

McDonald's food is the same everywhere. What sets this one apart was the staff. They were so kind and patient. There was an elderly woman who sat down with us and said she felt faint and needed a sugar boost. We ordered her coffee and apple pie (as she requested), but she flagged down the staff more than once requesting more milk and a different flavour of pie. They were so patient and kind to her. She even said that it's the best McDonald's in London (we're just visiting).

Food quality is typical McDonald’s, but the hash brown worths a merit. Its crispy and not really oily in your mouth. Service is on par, and with cozy environment.

Despite being a very busy west end branch we managed to get a place to sit pretty fast.
Staff ensured things are tidied after the 'entitled' youngsters who don't think to do it themselves sadly, my kids would never do this.
Food was fresh, hot as as ordered with all my little extra bits and pieces. Well done, nice experience

It's McDonalds in a very busy area. With that in mind, I was very impressed with how fast they served us. The staff were polite despite them being super busy.
The Air-con was also much appreciated on a hot day. Toilets clean.

Nice McDonald's, very clean and surprisingly quiet! Food was good and was served very quickly via table service. Staff weren't the friendliest, in fact it felt as if the girl who delivered our order to our table was a bit annoyed at how long it took to find us and didn't say a word to us. Not sure how seats not 10 ft from the order machines are to find but hey... Apart from that good McDonald's.

It's McDonald's and everyone knows what to expect.
This was good clean restaurant with speedy service in an air conditioned environment. Unfortunately, being air conditioned does mean that food goes cold quickly and we left half of our fries because of that.
