Excellent and cute local place with a wide array of delicious sweets that are freshly made and served at reasonable prices and prompt and punctual service with the help of a very friendly and professional staff.

So there was a mix up in order and they couldn't give me the cake I wanted but the sincerity in their apology and the alternative they offered me far surpasses the problem. Thank you Patisserie Valerie @euston. Your service is impeccable and nothing matters when you take ownership and after all cake is cake and I love your cakes .
