LOTS of stuff in clearance, every kind of book ever that you would need! Customer service was less than pleasant (which is why it’s 4 stars instead of 5) but overall the store was very in stock and a great overall vibe!

I had the pleasure of doing an Author Signing Event at this location a couple of weeks ago. It is a big store with lots of selection and friendly staff. Even though it was busy staff were attentive in keeping everything organized and tidy. Even the lines at cash always moved fast, leaving no customer waiting to get on with the rest of their day and enjoy their purchases.

Great costumer service! They resolved my problem with plum points. I will gladly go back and buy more books.

Closes a bit early and I'd like to see a lot more non-fiction. Great staff though.

It's hard not to love indigo. I think it's a lot of childhood nostalgia. Beautiful stores although post COVID theyre way less chill. (What happened to the comfy seats?)

Great atmosphere. Wish they had more chairs, but I understand they wish people to buy books or magazines and move on. Lovely gift ideas and quality. Very enjoyable

I am an avid reader and love bookstores. Indigo is always very helpful trying to help me find what I need. When I do, on the very rare occasion, have to return a book it is painless and stress free.

One of the best places to browse. Lots of cool home and kid items. Plus all the books you could dream of! Got a lovely book today for the bargain price of $7 (In the Moment: 365 Creative Ways to Connect with Your World by Jocelyn De Kwant — among other things, it's contains all sorts of drawing and writing prompts).
