A place quite close to where I work, I'm gladto have Nusa around. The healthy, filling and tasty soups and the Jackfruit Rending rice box have always been my go-to lunch choices a lot of times.
I have the pleasure of having Nusa Kitchen a few minutes away from where I work. Nusa serves the most delicious and hearty soups in the city. Usually at lunchtime, and on those colder days there is a queue out the door which is always a good sign.
I love a soup at lunch as it's light and has a small amount of calories. Today I was having one of those 'fat' days so I decided to pop in for a light lunch.
I ordered the Goan Chickpea and Spinach soup and to bulk it up I added some rice. The soup was delicious and full of flavour with some lovely spices and I added some coriander. For all those gluten free and dairy free customers you won't be disappointed with the array of soups you can get.
The service is always fast and efficient and the prices are not extortionate.
I highly recommend Nusa for a hearty soup on those colder days.
What soups !
It's hard to find a better place for lunch in the city. The soup menu keeps changing daily. And all the soups ate just great. I doubt wether they are particularly healthy but they are certainly extremely palatable and very cheap.
Incredible soup! The Goan fish soup on at the moment is spectacular. This place always has a queue out the door but it's well worth the wait. For £5 you can take away (or eat in) a delicious, healthy, warming soup with a small tub of rice, variety of toppings and flat bread. They even let you sample their soup before you choose one! Very efficient at the till too.
HALAL food in the neighborhood! Had their rice with beef and the rice with chicken curry. Both dishes were very tasty but the beef with rice was outstanding. They also serve pasta and soup but I haven't tried them. No cash accepted, so bring in the plastic money.

My go to place for breakfast and lunch. I always get their Bombay Eggs for breakfast. They're scrambled eggs with tomato, ginger and tumueric. I then get some sausage or bacon to go with it. Then at lunch I usually get a beef rice box which is very filling and a massive portion. I brought my lunch home and emptied it on a plate and couldn't believe how big it was. Price may seem a lot for lunch but the portion is honestly massive. The chicken rice box and fish one is also nice. I also like the chicken noodles and again the portion is big, almost too big.
I love it, you get a good meal with lovely salad+dressing. Not the usual bog standard dishes.
Lovely staff always happy and the place is kept clean, great choice off food always tasty just watch out for the little add ons on the menu not as well highlighted as the main price I.e 45p extra for korean ham cheese tostie, why?
But certainly worth a visit.
I work close by so I do eat @Nusa a few times a week. I like that the soup menus change weekly, and they allow you to sample the soups before buying, which is really cool. I have tried a few of the riceboxes too & they are delicious and come with a salad and a pot of chilli sauce. The staff are always friendly with me, and always smiling. Service is quick which is what's needed for a lunch break. Thumbs up, for the guys & girls @Nusa.

Tried them while I was in the neighborhood for a meeting. The variety of food is surprisingly rich, and they offer delicious meals at a reasonable price. I wish there was a Nusa Kitchen near my place, too! I would love to try a different soup everyday...
Food is fresh, flavourful and filling. Great vegan options and definitely more exciting choices than other lunch places nearby. Staff is very friendly and personable too. I've been going here for coffee and lunch for over a year now. Highly recommend it.
