Tgi Fridays - The O2

Thoroughly enjoyed our (with my wife and youngest God-daughter) first visit to TGI Fridays- 02 Arena. the Millenium Dome. The food and drinks 'DELICIOUS', ( a very good varied choice menu), the table service exceptional and always aim to please (... thank you Peter!), a great vibrant very lively atmosphere, and most importantly very clean and hygenic. This however was a pre-booked meal, which rounded off an excellent finish to the day after a fabulous O2 ROOF CLIMB experience. I was very impressed with the bar and lighting set up within, an American theme with wall - hanging artefacts on display, background music played out, seating very comfortable. This restaurant I noticed during our visit a great place for family - friend birthday celebrations. Although full with customers ( around 1400pm Saturday 14/10/23), still plenty of space along walkways and between tables. Disabled ♿ parking, access, and toilets within the restaurant. Love to return next visit...thanks, Chris 👍

Really happy firstly staff was very pleasant our waiter was lovely shame we didn't get her name as she was spot on. Wait time wasn't to bad only downfall was we asked for medium well and we received uncooked. But was quickly dealt with. Mozzarella bites slightly tasteless wasn't filled with much cheese overall Kids were happy plus we got a cheeky free dessert with our main which was on offer. Which we took home with us and we was pleasantly suprised the chocolate cake was scrumptious and layered well and good portion size. Thanks for a great experience

TGI Friday food was lovely star for really nice. We didn't book. We went straight in. They found us a seat for free of us. We spent about £90 on a starter and a main meal. What if it was really good with some beer? Absolutely lovely atmosphere about fully laid out staff. Absolutely can't do enough for you. Very nice on the O2 site. The only little fault what I did to ask staff and let them know there was no hand soap in the male toilet. But the rest of the place absolutely lovely. First time there and if I'm ever in the O2 I'll definitely go back

We visited on an event day, and honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. We received a warm welcoming greeting on arrival and informed they were running a smaller ‘event menu’ but that didn’t bother us at all. The service was exceptional, food arrived fast and hot! Our server was extremely attentive and efficient. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back before our next event at The O2.

Been here a couple times, both times were good. On the second time I went on a busy Saturday and the food was actually better than the quiet day I went before. Staff was 10/10 and very friendly and efficient, checked in often. Food arrived quickly both days I have been. A really nice TGI Fridays, definitely recommend!
