Huge mainline Railway station in London. Services mainly operated by South West Trains. Services to Guildford, Reading, Southampton and local suburban services too. Also a few services to the west country like Exeter although most West Country services depart from Paddington. There is also a walkway via escalators to Waterloo East for train to Kent and to London Charing X & London Bridge. You will pass through ticket barriers when you enter/exit . There are plenty of food outlets, toilets are available too. I found plenty of staff on hand to seek information. The station also has huge departure boards.

It's a big station with plenty of people who are able to help you if you are not sure of where to go. Has easy access ♿, well lit and clean and tidy.

Love this train station. Major train station in London, acts as a sister station to London Paddington and might be just as popular. Located very close to major attractions in London. Hub for South Western Railway which offers way cheaper train tickets from Exeter to London with about similar travel times. Will continue to use this station for my future travel to London.

Busy but I have always felt safe. There is tap water fountain and good very good free bathroom facilities. Step free access and good communication screens. Staff is very helpful and shops offer you everything you could possibly need on the go.

This train station is huge but as much as st pancras or kings but does have good number of connections and also has got decent number of shops. Earlier it used to have many more.

One of the most organised stations in London. Everything is signaled properly and as long as you can read and see the signs, you will be able to get anywhere you want. There are big screens where you can see all the trains and their departures and even if you make a mistake and go into the wrong platform, they are all connected so there is no need to go out to re-enter later. Some of the trains are old and some are very new. Staff are usually quite helpful as well. Honestly, It is one of my favourite stations to go through as others tend to be quite small.

So much better now since covid, less crowded, cleaner. Better signage for trains. A few decent shops and cafes and some pubs. If only they could always run on time it would be perfect.

Busy and buzzing. Has brightened up due to recent renovations. Musicians free to play but no busking.

South West connections from London, this train station is best for connections to Surrey.

The place is very large, so be careful because you might get lost. It’s a beautiful station and you can see that the station prides itself in its history with the clocks and different pieces of art like statues etc.
