We ordered fresh ice cream. But the quantity was very less as compared to other stores of kaspas. There were hardly one customer ahead of me so can't say she was in a hurry to serve me and then others.

Perhaps one of the nicest staff I have met.
Usual Kaspas but staff made it more welcoming with smile.

Such an excellent ice cream selection here. Location and accessibility along the upper Tooting Road, close to Tooting Broadway station & tooting market. the staff are superb & friendly. Beautiful deco and cleaned. I fully recommended you here for a lovely experience.

Went today to eat some cake. Had the orea cake which was amazing. But the best part was the service and the staff. My boy was feeling sick and the staff was so helpful and wasnt rude. I thank the staff very much and we will be coming again soon

We go their quite often. Most of the times you have to wait for before get seated (around 5 -10 mins).
We love waffles (m&m base) with brownies and Beuno.

The best waffles 🧇 but the last time when I was there, I asked for a menu, and the girl couldn't help because they didn't have enough. I had to ask other customers to use them one. I can understand that they are so stressed, but I deserve the best service possible. The second girl who served our waffles was very kind. They were all kind, but that day, she got the star 🌟
