A regular visit is part of my usual routine; they are well stocked and organised. I can always find what I can for as well as a new surprise or two; something that doesn’t always happen with online shopping.
This branch has a great kitchen for meals-on-the-move. I often get a delicious smoothie and don’t think I’ve ever had the same one twice. 😃

People need to seriously chill out about the social distancing and mask wearing. Stop watching BBC news and TV altogether for the love of God. If this thing was so deadly you wouldn't be out there shopping in the first place to buy fancy kombucha and quinoa. Take a step back and put things in perspective for a moment. Either stay at home or stop projecting your fears and brainwashed beliefs on the rest of us.

Wonderful place. Very nice high quality , varied choice products, friendly atmosphere and good take away food as well. Majority products are organic, and they have promotions, as well as a rewards card which accumulates points, and that’s great for regular customers like me who can then exchange Points for products.

A lot of choice under one roof. Not cheap. It,s not a trolley shop. But there is a range that is simply unavailable elsewhere. Treat yourself to a health break! The staff in every one of their stores are exceptional and more than happy to answer questions. Friendly service.

I love this store. They offer organic, local produce, allow BYO bags, have a delicious prepared food sections and lots of vegan-friendly products as well as environmentally friendly home goods (cleaners, shampoos, etc). They are very responsive to customer feedback as well and are clearly dedicated to minimizing their environmental impact with continual improvements to their practices and products.
2018 UPDATE: They have added a bulk foods section in partnership with Unpack'd and allow you to fill your own bags / containers with dry foods, nuts, etc to avoid plastic packaging and overbuying.

I've only been there once and it was really easy to find what I wanted. At fist I must say I felt a bit out of place because there was no one that looked like me in there, they all looked like they were middle class people also. Though I thought this, the customer service was good, I didn't feel feel like I got any less service than anyone else. To summarize I felt pretty much welcome.
