Do not order from here. Chicken burger was raw in the middle, both beef burgers came RARE despite ordering them well done, the buns are pathetic and not in American brioche as described, the chips are too laughable to even explain. £3 PER PORTION. The prices they charge are absolutely ridiculous, and I would get better quality food from a cheap chicken corner shop. I feel robbed and disgusted, and the phone number they provide online is wrong so you can't even contact them!

My food was good and tasty cooked how I liked it but I find it baffling that the standard skiiny chips aren't included in the price of the burger. I'd rather pay an extra pound on the burger than 2.95 for a side. My friends chicken burger was sloppy and just tastes of burger sauce and lacked chicken and cheese. We both feel like the buns the majority of the meal. Service was friendly but they have some confusing presentation choices. Liked the look of the place but lacks music for atmosphere. Also confused how it can take so long to make a burger when it's quiet but hey ho hope it improves cause the taste was good.

They have gone downhill significantly. No more brioche buns on the burgers! (Cost saving exercise?) just paid £39 for 3 burgers with one portion of chips. Prices gone up quality gone down. Burger patty's are great and they have some of the most unique sauces available. It's a shame how they run their business

Ordered from uber eats which granted they sometimes take an age to arrive so never expect piping hot food... this was something new though... the smallest portion of chips for £3 lol kinda comical really. Chips come in a tiny polystyrene takeaway box with holes poked in for added heat loss which meant chips arrived soggy and freezing cold.... 😂😂😂Burger is well done and dry dry dry. Literally the worst food I've ever had delivered in my life. Devastating waste of money. If I didnt laugh I'd cry. Absolutely never again ordering from here 😂😂

Ordered from Uber Eats, £26 for two burgers that each had tough, gristly pieces throughout, a cold brioche bun, soggy tomato, paper-like lettuce with no crunch, tasteless onions and bland cheese, not to mention that you could get better chips from McDonald’s for a third of the £3 that BGR charge. Would not recommend to anyone with taste buds. You’re better off getting a Big Mac meal to be completely honest.
