Found this place on my way to a meeting. They cook your order fresh for you, so expect a short wait. But you’ll get a tasty, moreish piece of crispy-coated buttermilk chicken. I had the spicy wrap and it had a good kick to it. The burgers looked good as I saw them delivered to the seats upstairs. I had takeout and I would go again if I’m in the area.

I have been coming to Butchies while staying in London for the past month and it’s always a great experience. Not only is the food tasty, but the staff is friendly and attentive. I watched as they patiently helped someone who was concerned there may be ingredients they were allergic to. And did I mention it’s the best carry out when you just want something quick and yummy? Shout out to Richitha who always greets me like I’ve been customer for years and provides amazing service. Just all around a delicious choice when you’re in the Shoreditch area.

This place serves halal chicken. Its sooo tasty. Juicy with a really nice crisp. We ordered the buffalo chicken and hot shake fries as well as a chocolate milkshake. I'm definately coming back. Next time, I'd order extra buffalo sauce for the burger and chips. Probably skip the milkshake; the chocolate milkshake is like a softserve style milkshake with chocolate sauce that's not mixed in properly. Theres seating and toilets upstairs and the staff are really friendly. Note that alcohol and bacon is also on the menu. I also avoided the blue cheese ranch, as I wasn't sure it was suitable for vegetarians, since typically blue cheese is not. I substituted it for the OG sauce.

Great fried chicken shop option in London. The Chicken tenders are juicy, crispy, fresh but they could have just a bit more flavour within like pickle marinade or something. Burger is pretty substantial, doesn’t hold together amazingly bc it was made from tenders. The buffalo and blue cheese sauces were really good. Bread was okay, not amazing. The skin on chips are great although pretty salty and the restaurant was stuffy with poor ventilation, so maybe they tasted extra salty in that environment. There was a fly buzzing and I couldn’t open the window. I saw they maybe had air conditioning but it was not turned on.
