i guess its depends on personal testing
well the one i had is steaming sea bass freshly fish
i guess its bought from the local woolwich fish market
it's not small , but not big , the size just good enough

This place is newly open and just below my building I live, upstairs vista, just realised you open the front gate it was always close before but now there has been fully opened I use to take chicken chow mein and chicken curry from downstairs but is only in takeaway this time I can go and walk into the shop by my favourite dish highly recommended

I'm coming from northern China this is the best wok in pork I have every been nicked no I'm not a lot of restaurant I can do this close as one coming from in my hometown restaurant now this is the best I have ever think can cooking about the same in my home town
